Scholarships!!!

1)       Questbridge scholarship: Up to $59,000 in financial aid.

Requirements:           

·         27 on ACT or 1350 on SAT

·         First in family to go to college

·         Top 10% in High School.

·         Qualify for free/reduced-priced meals

2)      Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara: provides scholarships for students within the Santa Barbara County

Requirements:

·         Legal U.S. citizen or Green Card

·         Attended at least four years of school between 7^th and 12^th grade and graduated or have completed your GED

·         Applying to a Title IV school or Graduate school fulltime.

3)      The Gates Millennium Scholarship: A grant funded by Bill and Melinda Gates, used to help African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Pacific Islanders, and Native Americans/Alaskan Natives  get an opportunity to get an undergraduate education in math, science, engineering, education, and library sciences.

Requirements:

·         Must be a U.S. citizen

·         Cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale of 3.3 or a GED

4)      Marian Medical Center: a $2,500 scholarship

Requirements:

·         100 hours of volunteer hours

·         Higher than a 3.0 GPA

·         Going into the medical field

5)      Swaggership: a $1,000 scholarship
